Scholarships and Financial Aid

Supporting your academic pursuits

Funded by generous donors, these scholarships help ease the financial costs of college. Also, these awards recognize your academic excellence and future career plans. In addition to school scholarships, our students often receive external assistance and graduate assistantships to help cover the cost of their education.

You may also qualify for university scholarships. The Office of Financial Aid provides information about university scholarships, grants and loans. Most scholarships at Missouri State University require the submission of a completed MSU Annual Scholarship Application.

MSU Foundation Scholarships

MSU Foundation Scholarships are made possible through private gifts to the University made by individuals, groups or companies. They are awarded to students each year based on a wide range of criteria: college, major/minor, high school attended, outstanding academic achievement, leadership, financial need, etc.

The Search Tool will allow you to view available scholarships. You may search using keywords or the category search filter option, however you cannot apply for scholarships using the Search Tool.
