Throughout the year, the department participates in several events that bring together students and employers:
On- and off-campus recruitment is facilitated by the College of Business’s Career Center. They post résumés, set up information sessions and coordinate on-campus recruiting visits. However, the department encourages interested employers to also contact them when interested in hiring a graduate or intern.

Developing skilled leaders
The department of technology and construction management at Missouri State University is committed to educating technically oriented managers through partnerships with industry, government, education and business. Partnerships with industry are an integral part of our vision, curriculum and student success.
Businesses assist in the development and evaluation of our curriculum through advisory boards. Specifically, we invite industry professionals to sit on either our Construction Management Advisory Board or our Facility Management Advisory Board.
As with any good partnership, there must be benefits to both parties. Our return to you, the employer, is skilled employees with both technical and managerial knowledge. Whether you are looking for construction, facility or technology management graduates or interns, we are confident you will be pleased with our program.
